To access New River's Self-Service Banner (SSB), enter your User ID and PIN below.

Please Note: User ID is your New River ID number.

If this is your first time logging into self-service, your default PIN is your birthday formatted like this: MMDDYY

or Student Services at any of our campus locations if you need assistance.

Please exit your browser when you are finished to ensure that you are completely logged out.

If you do not remember your PIN number please enter your Student ID number in the ID field,

leave the PIN field blank, and then click forgot PIN to reset your PIN number.
